As a\u00a0<em>continuous<\/em>of this initiative, Medion hosted the<em>\u00a0TPM Convention-2.<\/em>\u00a0on Thursday, May 30, 2024. This event served as a platform to honor the\u00a0<em>TPM Pilot Team<\/em>\u00a0who successfully implemented various<em>\u00a0areas\u00a0<\/em>within their respective\u00a0<em>Sub Business Units\/Legal Entities.<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/TPM-2-2.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-78174\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/TPM-2-2.png 640w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/TPM-2-2-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/TPM-2-2-16x12.png 16w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The event featured four award categories: Diamond, Platinum, Silver, and Gold. The program consisted of two main segments. First, participants presented the results of their\u00a0<em>projects\u00a0<\/em>which had been executed during a specified period. These participants represented six\u00a0<em>TPM Pilot Team<\/em>\u00a0from different\u00a0<em>Sub Business Unit<\/em>Following the presentations, a panel of judges evaluated the projects. These improvements had a significant\u00a0<em>impact\u00a0<\/em>across three key\u00a0<em>areas<\/em>\u00a0:<em>\u00a0business operations, processes,\u00a0<\/em>and<em>\u00a0personnel development<\/em>. This event reflects Medion's commitment to fostering a culture of\u00a0<em>continuous\u00a0<\/em>improvement.
