In order to increase production capacity, develop new products, and fulfill production facilities according to regulations, on May 7th 2024, Medion inaugurated a new building for the Bacterial Production facility located in Cimareme, Padalarang, Bandung. The building, which was built according to GMP requirements, also added a production machine, namely Fermenter, in arrange to increase capacity and support new production lines, to be specific enzymes, and probiotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The inauguration was marked by a ribbon cutting by Jonas Jahja and Amalia Jonas as Medion founders and Melina Jonas as Medion\u00a0Biological Product Director<\/em>\u00a0. Attended by more than 50 people including\u00a0Board of Directors, Top Management,<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0projects\u00a0<\/em>team Medion. Then, the event continued with remarks from the\u00a0Project Leader<\/em>\u00a0and\u00a0Project Coordinator<\/em>participants were invited to a\u00a0a plant tour<\/em>\u00a0of building facilities, ended with cutting tumpeng and eating together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Medion also added two new features to this building. First, it is equipped with a building management system to pull\u00a0up to date<\/em>\u00a0ata related to the main production parameters and\u00a0utility<\/em>\u00a0(water<\/em>,\u00a0steam<\/em>,\u00a0compressed\u00a0<\/em>air, and others). Second, there is a fermenter with more up to date features that accommodate the needs of bacterial products, enzymes and probiotics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
