TPM is a method for improving productivity in the workplace to achieve a more efficient process. In this training, which has been conducted since September 2022, participants are encouraged to create\u00a0<em>continuous\u00a0<\/em>by analyzing and eliminating the causes\u00a0<em>waste\/losses<\/em>\u00a0optimally through the pillars of TPM. The results\u00a0<em>continuous\u00a0<\/em>that have been achieved are then presented at the TPM event<em>\u00a0Convention\u00a0<\/em>on April 12, 2023.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"784\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-84306\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-1-1.jpg 784w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-1-1-300x215.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-1-1-768x552.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-1-1-18x12.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 784px) 100vw, 784px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>TPM<em>\u00a0Convention<\/em>\u00a0is an award event for participants who have successfully completed the program. The presented results were directly assessed by Dudung Duhara as\u00a0<em>external trainer and consultant Dudung Duhara.\u00a0<\/em>and the chief judge, along with the board members.\u00a0<em>Medion's top management<\/em>\u00a0Medion's jury panel included Yirhan Sim, Melina Jonas, Toto Winata, Elvina Jahja, Arief, and Darmawan Subekti. There were three winner categories, namely\u00a0<em>Diamond<\/em>,\u00a0<em>Platinum<\/em>, and\u00a0<em>Gold<\/em>\u00a0each awarded to two groups based on their scores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"258\" src=\"https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-2-1-1024x258-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-84307\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-2-1-1024x258-1.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-2-1-1024x258-1-300x76.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-2-1-1024x258-1-768x194.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.medion.co.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/PER-2-1-1024x258-1-18x5.jpg 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In his speech, Toto Winata<em>&nbsp;<\/em>\"explained that TPM has been implemented at Medion since the company was first established. 'TPM has been practiced since Jonas Jahja founded Medion, and it was then passed down to the employees. In the past, not everything was measurable, but now we can see how efficiency has improved and how much cost savings can be achieved to increase profit. We must not stop here,&nbsp;<em>continuous&nbsp;<\/em>it must continue to be implemented so that there is always&nbsp;<em>room for improvement<\/em>\" he explained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The participants successfully demonstrated how&nbsp;<em>continuous<\/em>&nbsp;their efforts had a positive impact on the company.&nbsp;<em>(impact to business, process, people).&nbsp;<\/em>TPM<em>&nbsp;Convention<\/em>&nbsp;this created a total<em>&nbsp;value creation<\/em>&nbsp;that significantly impacted profits through cost savings and process efficiency.
