I keep a rock Magpie and it looks like my rock Magpie has fleas. How to treat it and what kind of flea medication is suitable for Stone Magpies?

Answer:

Lice that attack birds are a type of ectoparasite, which is a parasite that lives outside the body of its host (in this case a bird). Generally, flea attacks do not cause real death, but the presence of these fleas will cause the bird to feel uncomfortable. When attacked, fleas will stay in the skin and feathers of birds so often birds will peck feathers even to cause injury. Another symptom that appears is that birds start to be lazy to sing because they scratch their feathers more often which are itchy due to fleas, so it is very important to remove the fleas.
