Creating Moments of Togetherness with Customers at Medion Wisata 2025

As a tangible form of commitment to building strong relationships with customers, Medion once again held its flagship program, "Medion Wisata 2025." This event is not only an opportunity to show appreciation for loyal customers from all over Indonesia but also to reaffirm the values of togetherness and the spirit of synergy between Medion and its business partners. Carrying the theme "The Paradise Island Bali" and adding Bandung as part of the journey, Medion invited around 450 participants consisting of customers and management. The activity took place in two exotic destinations, Bali and Bandung, between May 26 and June 12, 2025.

Bali Trip

This networking event was divided into two groups. The first group departed on May 26-30, 2025, and the second group on May 31-June 4, 2025. Medion Wisata Bali 2025 began with a joint dinner and an Opening Ceremony by Medion's Board of Directors: Melina Jonas, Hendra Purnama, Benny Sukianto, Peter Yan, Elvina Jonas, and Arief Koeswanto. All participants enjoyed a variety of interesting activities divided into two categories: Adventure and Leisure.Adventure participants were invited to navigate the swift rapids of the Ayung River in an exciting and adrenaline-pumping rafting activity. This was followed by an ATV ride in the Ubud countryside, traversing Balinese forests and rice fields, which became a favorite highlight.Meanwhile, Leisure participants explored cultural attractions such as Pura Agung Besakih, the largest and oldest temple in Bali, and explored the flower-filled gardens at The Blooms Garden, as well as interacting with wildlife at the Bali Safari Park.On the last day, all participants (Adventure & Leisure) shopped at Krisna Bypass for souvenirs. The event then concluded with a get-together and Closing Ceremony at a restaurant in the Kuta area.

Bandung Trip

Held from June 8 – 12, 2025, Medion Wisata Bandung participants had the opportunity for a plant tour of the Medion factory in Cimareme, Bandung, to witness firsthand the production process with international pharmaceutical standards. Medion Founders, Jonas Jahja and Amalia Jonas, were also present to deliver welcoming remarks. Participants were also invited to enjoy Bandung's nature through visits to Dusun Bambu, Kawah Rengganis, and Ranca Upas to play with deer and pick strawberries. Cultural entertainment was also presented through an interactive performance at Saung Angklung Udjo. Not only that, all participants also learned to play the angklung (a traditional musical instrument). On the last day, all participants shopped for accessories and souvenirs at Pasar Baru.

The joyous moments during Medion Wisata Bali and Bandung became a memorable experience for Medion and its loyal customers. The warmth, closeness, and sense of family were strongly felt throughout the event. Medion hopes that the good relationship with customers will always be maintained, and together they will advance Indonesian animal husbandry.
