Usually customers are known only as buyers of goods or services of a company. However, for Medion, customers and companies are business partners who have a mutual beneficial relationship. This is in line with Medion’s vision of becoming trusted main partner for the distribution and marketing of quality products throughout Indonesia.
On August 19th, 2022, customers from different cities visited the Medion factory in Cimareme, Padalarang, Bandung. On this visit, 12 people were present consisting of Lartomo and wife (CV Insan Cita Utama, Kediri), Santoso and his wife and relatives (Sembilan PS, Kediri), Bambang and wife (CV Arjuna Group Magetan, Madiun), Aji and wife (Berkah KL, Solo). During the visit, accompanied by Amalia Jonas as the founder of Medion, Benny Sukianto (Director of Marketing & Distribution) and drh. Suwadi (Regional Manager) were invited to tour the factory and had a first-hand view of the drug and vaccine manufacturing facilities. Customers were also invited to visit the Amalia Jonas Botanical Garden and presented with botanical mementos.
Jonas Jahja & Amalia Jonas as the founder of Medion expressed their gratitude and appreciated this customer visit. “We thank and appreciate the visit of our customers to Medion, even in the midst of conditions after pandemic and coming from an area not close by, they can still take their time,” he said.
Customers were impressed by the warm welcome from Medion. Hopefully, the cooperation that has been established can be closer, and continue to develop in the future.
