Medion Celebrates 50th Golden Jubilee with Medion Wisata Bandung 2026

Medion commemorated its 50th anniversary with the Medion Golden Jubilee and Medion Wisata Bandung 2026 celebrations, held from June 13–17, 2026, in Bandung, West Java. This event served as a crucial opportunity to strengthen relationships with customers and reinforce the company's commitment to continued innovation in the future.

Carrying the theme "From Legacy to Innovation, 50 Years Forward Together," the celebration was attended by over 600 participants, consisting of domestic customers from various regions, international customers from Asia and Africa, and Medion management. This event was one of the largest in the Medion Wisata program.

The opening ceremony and Golden Jubilee celebration were held at the Parahyangan Convention Center, Mason Pine Bandung. The series of activities began with remarks from Hendra Purnama (Director of Medion Ardhika Bhakti) and Benny Unandar (Director of Artha Vena International) who expressed their appreciation for the trust of customers who have been part of the company's journey for five decades. As a symbol of the start of the celebration, Hendra Purnama, Benny Unandar, Peter Yan (Commissioner of Medion Ardhika Bhakti), Benny Sukianto (Director of Medion Ardhika Bhakti) opened the event by playing the angklung together. This moment also became an illustration of the spirit of collaboration that Medion has built with all its customers.

The highlight of the celebration was the cutting of Medion's 50th anniversary ribbon by the founders of Medion and the board of directors. Jonas Jahja and Amalia Jonas, founders of Medion, delivered a meaningful message to all participants. "Thank you for the trust and cooperation of all Medion customers, as well as the loyalty and dedication of our employees, which has enabled Medion to celebrate its 50th anniversary. We hope that Medion will continue to grow, develop, and benefit everyone. May our customers progress and succeed together with Medion," Jonas said.

On this occasion, Medion also presented awards to both domestic and international customers in recognition of their loyalty and years of collaboration. These awards symbolize that Medion's success is a shared success.

The evening celebration was enlivened by cultural performances from Saung Udjo Bandung, including an Arumba Band performance and interactive angklung music, involving all participants. This event served not only as entertainment but also as a way to introduce the rich culture of West Java to participants, including international guests.

In addition to the celebratory evenings, participants continued their experience through the Medion Wisata Bandung 2026 program, which was divided into two activities: Adventure and Leisure. Adventure participants were invited to enjoy various activities that tested their teamwork and fostered camaraderie, such as off-roading through Bandung's natural landscape, rafting, and various other outdoor activities. Meanwhile, leisure participants enjoyed the charm of Bandung's tourism by visiting several prime destinations, such as the Floating Market and Kawah Putih.

The Medion Tour series then concluded with a visit by participants to the Medion booth at the livestock exhibition at the Indo Livestock 2026 Expo & Forum at the Nusantara International Convention Exhibition (NICE), PIK 2 Tangerang.
